A new article was recently published in The Milbank Quarterly, titled “Conceptualizing and Measuring Abatement from the Opioid Epidemic: A Case Study from Pennsylvania.” The Penn State University authors Danielle Rhubart, Qiushi Chen, Glenn Sterner, C3N Faculty Affiliate at Penn State Abington, Robert Newton, Bethany Shaw, Dennis Scanlon.
