By Invitation Only: Innovation Day 2024

Please be mindful that this is a grant funded event with a strict budget and avoid travel upgrades where possible. Thank you for your assistance!

All travel costs (transportation, food costs, lodging, etc.) are covered by funding from Arnold Ventures.

Free parking and gas/mileage reimbursement (up to 30 miles) is provided for local attendees.

Non-local attendees (i.e. those residing outside of Harrisburg) should make their own travel arrangements.

To request reimbursement for travel expenses, please follow the applicable steps below. Forward completed forms and supporting receipts to innovationday2024@psu.edu for processing. Receipts are required for all travel expense claims except mileage (gas) and meals. Thank you for your cooperation!

All reimbursement forms will be available in person on the day of the event.

• If you are a Penn State employee: Please complete this form
• If you are NOT a Penn State employee:
  • Please complete these two forms: Non-Employee Travel Reimbursement Form and Non-Employee Information Form
  • After sending us your completed forms and receipts, one final step is required: For reimbursements to be processed through Penn State Finance, attendees must register as a Business Partner with Penn State Finance systems, called Paymentworks. 
  • You will receive an email invitation to Paymentworks from invitations@paymentworks.com, sent by the Penn State Office of Central Procurement. This email will instruct you how to register as a Business Partner with “Paymentworks,” so your reimbursements can be processed successfully. Please complete the registration process and forward your registration confirmation email to innovationday2024@psu.edu. Once we receive your registration confirmation, we can process your reimbursement.
