Dr. Galvin’s research examines criminal justice case processing, with a focus on pretrial detention, prosecution, and sentencing.

“Do Computer Vision Models Predict Crime Differently Across Neighborhoods?”
Presented by Dr. Riley Tucker
Dr. Tucker’s work uses computational methods to test and develop interdisciplinary theories explaining why some urban areas experience higher levels of crime.
